"Very unique paddy field hut, purify the soul, first-class service"
The location is remote and the transportation is inconvenient. It is suitable for self-driving, but the hotel can arrange to call a car, and the cost will be higher. Both breakfast and dinner are served on time, which is very ceremonial. It is said that the ingredients are all organic ingredients grown by themselves. After dinner, there is a bonfire, sitting on a chair and watching the starry sky, and praising this hotel with other guests. The service is also very humane, you can get the service you want anytime, anywhere, very considerate. A very special place is that a one-hour visit to lisu village will be arranged, which is very special. nice experience

"Top lodging experience"
We have never experienced such friendly people in the catering service. Simply stunning, simply gorgeous. The location and the complex simply a blessing after days of travel in Bangkok and Chiang Mai. And the home-grown, organic food was fantastic!

"Impeccable service, care & attention"
Lisu Lodge is a beautiful place. It’s a collection of immaculately constructed bamboo lodges set in picturesque grounds, in the stunning Thai hills. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable - you take your shoes off before going up the steps into the lodge, and the woven bamboo floor is lovely underfoot. There’s no air conditioning, but with a fan and the air circulation through and around the building, it wasn’t needed at all - we all slept very well. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need (a good en-suite for example). And it’s fun being in such a different environment! Plus it’s all so well-kept - really clean and well-maintained, from the buildings to the pretty gardens. We also had some fantastic food, including our best meal so far in Thailand. It’s well-judged with a range of options and heat-levels, so me and my husband (who love spicy food) and our 8 year old (less keen) were all happy. And it was a great experience eating on Thai floor cushions around a low table on our lodge verandah. For lunch and dinner we were served a range of options (for example dinner was chicken green curry, a mince stir fry, pork ribs, eggs in tamarind, a soup with meatballs, and rice, followed by fruit and banana in coconut milk from their own gardens). For breakfast you could choose American (eggs, bacon, toast), healthy (fruit, yogurt and an incredible toasted granola), or Thai. And it was all delicious! But the best thing about it was the care and attention of the staff. You could really feel the effort they made to make us feel welcome and comfortable, as well as in looking after the property. I’m so pleased we decided to come - it’s been one of the highlights of our holiday. And we really enjoyed our rafting trip on the local river while we were here - stunningly beautiful, with (small, not too scary) sections of white water interspersed with calmer sections drifting past friendly picnicking Thai families. All of Thailand has suffered with the lack of tourists due to Covid - I really hope Lisu Lodge gets the visitors it deserves very soon. We would definitely come back!Highly recommended.

"Beautiful and peaceful"
We stayed at Lisu Lodge for two nights and it was a great experience. Basic but clean and food all freshly prepared and served. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We visited the local village and had a day trip cycling and white water rafting. It’s truly peaceful and although it rained a lot it didn’t detract from the beautiful surroundings.

"A much appreciated quiet retreat"
We just checked out of the Lisu Lodge where we stayed for one night enroute to our resort in Chiang Mai. We are so glad that we made this small detour. The lodge is small, quaint and so peaceful. Everyone who works there is so gracious and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin, but it is nothing that a quiet white noise on an app can’t overcome. The food was authentic and delicious. Highly recommend a bamboo raft ride and tea plantation tour. At night the villagers come and do a local dance, get up and join them. It’s a great way to end the day!

What Our Clients Say About Araksa
"Perfect for tea addicts"
Being tea addicts, when we found out that we could do a tea garden tour during our time in Chiang Mai, we hired a private cab and headed there for the afternoon tour. We were greeted at the front by our tour guide and offered cold towels to freshen up after our hour long drive from Chiang Mai. Our tour guides were knowledgeable of the tea making process, and made the whole experience fun! We wanted to take some additional photos at the end, and they offered to take us back to the garden to accommodate our request! We ended up buying some tea to take home with us! The location is beautiful and the facilities have been maintained very well!

“A great way to learn about tea”
We loved the tea tour! I didn't know anything about growing, picking and producing tea before I arrived. The tour was informative, hands-on, and entertaining. The lunch was EXCELLENT. We had a great experience.

"Tea tour"
Lovely experience! I would definitely recommend to anyone going to Chiang Mai area to go to this tea plantation and join their tea tour (Thai and English tour abailable). You should book the tour in advance. As we could not communicate so well in English on the phone, I sent a message on their instagram and reserved our visit. We would recommend to have lunch at their restaurant after the tour. We sat in the garden, sipping tea and enjoying some Thai food. They have a small store where you can buy their tea (really nice gift to bring home).

“Fun for teens”
Really fun and educational. My teenagers could ask all kinds of questions and enjoyed the tea tasting experience. The site is clean, sophisticated, and well worth the beautiful drive to get there!

What Our Clients Say About June Bahtra
Unforgettable Life Experience When visiting Thailand, I enjoyed the spectacular scenery, stunning tropical sunsets and warm blue sea. This fun June Bathra Cruise provides an unbeatable combination of perfect silky soft white palm-lined beaches, breath-taking view of numerous secluded islands, sunny and hot weather and superb hospitality. The June Bathra Cruise was the most unforgettable part of my trip to Thailand!
David Storto (June Bahtra Cruise)
This was the best day out we had in Thailand. the crew were friendly and professional, the lunch very tasty, and plentiful. The crew constantly came around with cold face towels, drinks, and snacks (fruit, nuts, soft drinks, tema, coffee) the authentic Thai boat was gorgeous, clean, organized, and well maintained, with lounging cushions everywhere and enough so that we could move around. shade was also in abundance.
