Activity Location

Phang Nga Bay
Also known as Ao Phang Nga National Park, Phang Nga Bay lies in the northeastern of Phuket Island near Phang Nga province. Besides crystal clear water, it is famous for tall, dramatic limestone islands, mangrove forests and many small islands with white sandy beaches. It's one of the best places in Thailand to explore the natural beauty of marine life.

James Bond Island
James Bond Island got its name from one of the James Bond movie series that was filmed here in 1974. It is a photogenic, limestone outcrop about 20 meters tall, jutting out of the emerald green sea. Located about 60 kilometers from the mainland, it is part of a group of small islands, including Khao Phing Kan, which is another natural wonder in the area.
James Bond Island becomes an iconic landscape that draws hundreds of tourists on a daily basis. It may get busy during certain time of the day. It is worth a visit if you go there at a less busy time.

Koh Panyee
Not so far from James Bond Island is Koh Panyee. It is a small Muslim fishing village where tour operators drop off tourists for lunch. The village, which is built on stilt, has a population of 360 families. The villagers are believed to descend from Java in the 18th century.
Even though the community enjoys the benefits of tourism, the villagers’ livelihood still primarily revolves around fishing. The June Bahtra cruise stops at Koh Panyee during the full day tour. This offers an opportunity to get a glimpse of the way of life of local people.

Baan Sam Chong Village
The full day June Bahtra cruise does not only take you on a journey to admire the beauty of Phang Nga Bay but also observes a way of life of indigeneous people living in the area. In this tour, you will visit a century-old fishing community on a small island, learn about their culture and craftsmanship and enjoy fresh seafood lunch in a local restaurant.
