Feedback For Luang Say

Dear Khun Mod,
It's my great pleasure to have conversation with you.  Actually you may would like to know how the feedback of your customers to Luangsay Cruise.  I have a very good memorable experience to travel to Luang Prabang during August this year and unforgettable high light of this trip was 2 fantastic days with Luangsay Cruise.  Below please kindly find my personal comments why I need to share with you.
1) We found a very warm, sincere and fast service from your boat staff.  Everyone was very alert, attention to details and active.  It was rainy season and of course rain all day.  Your staff took care of us very well that we feel like home.
2) I am in hospitality service and I know how my customer needed.  As well as your service staff at the restaurant who served us dinner.  They are well trained and pay very good attention to what we wanted.  For example to refill some steamed rice and drinking water that we did not need to ask.
3) Big complement for kitchen staff who cooked on the cruise.  Simple menu but excellent food taste.  Good standard of food temperature was served.  appreciated it!!!
4) We got very good knowledge which explained by your local guide unfortunately that I could not remember his name when we went to The cave of Pak Ou .  His English was unbelieveable to satisfy all the tourist expectation.
5) From my observation to notice that one of your management inspection was there on the second day of the trip to Chiang Khong. (Looks like Indian)  He was in the busy action to control and advise to his staff in what they have to do before the rain will come.
6) Restaurant food presentation was great but to me the food taste was very mild.  I do understand because of European guest who can not eat spicy.  But may I please request real spicy when I return next year.  Fish dish should be in the set menu due to very popular and signature dish of the house...I heard about it.
7) We received a very kind assistance when the boat stopped to let us visit Lao Lua Village .  My boss left her wallet in the boat but your staff was very professional to deal with the seller to get the money later.
8) Mosquito net in guest room need to be improved.  I really could not sleep with several kind of insect because of big hole to welcome all insects to stay with me the whole night.
As I mentioned above that I will return to Luang Prabang again on March 2008 (Date to be advised).  The only one reason of your good staff attitude to provide an excellent service that I impressed.  Please keep up your good work and proud to be Laos until we meet again...Take care.

Dear Karyn,
Glad I got to meet you even briefly in Luang Prabang. I wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed our cruise from beginning to end.Your representative in Huay Xay told me the day we arrived that she would come by the hotel on Sunday morning...and she did.Our guide Sak even sought us out on Saturday night to meet us ahead of time in preparation for the next morning.
Our immense good fortune was that we were the only 4 on the boat with an equal number of crew.Everyone was extremely nice,the food was very good and the sights were superb. The Luang Say lodge is a really beautiful place and we enjoyed our brief stay.
We were also delighted to visit a couple of villages,the Pak Ou caves and to watch Lao Lao being brewed(of course we bought a couple of small bottles to take home).
Sak was a delight and very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive.
In short a really wonderful experience.
