ONE DAY COOKING CLASS AT KHUM LANNA (L)

09h30: Arrive at Khum Lanna and be greeted by local Lanna people. A tasty welcome drink (herbal tea or fruit juice from the garden) will be served.

Enjoy preparation for Lanna country-style BBQ lunch with a garden tour around the compound; collect different seasonal herbs, vegetables, and fruits for cooking. Learn how to ride a water buffalo and then do the actual riding.

Prepare and cook your gatherings from the garden.

The course includes:

     › Demonstration and cooking of 5 dishes
     › Tour of the herb & spice gardens

Afternoon: Prepare a Thai dessert that you can sample and take away.

Take a cycling tour to visit Aui Kham’s house. Learn about traditional healing and herbal medicine-making for local people from Aui Kham, who has accumulated more than 60 years experience in this field.

Bike back to Khum Lanna.
